OctoMind is a digital agency based in Brussels. We build automations, AI agents and websites to help SMEs accelerate their growth. We are 3 developers, and we work with zero surprises and zero jargon.
How does a project start?+
Contact us via the form or by email. We reply within 24h, set up a precise brief, a fixed quote and a schedule. No commitment until you validate.
Do you work with companies of all sizes?+
Yes — from freelancers to SMEs of 50 people. Our packs are adapted to every budget and need.
Websites
How much does a website cost?+
Our prices vary depending on the project's complexity. Contact us for a custom quote — no commitment, reply within 24h.
How long does a project take?+
The schedule is set at scope validation and depends on complexity. We clearly communicate each step and keep you informed as soon as any deviation is foreseen.
Is hosting included?+
Yes, 1 year of hosting included on Showcase packages and above. After that, a minimal monthly fee or free migration to your preferred host.
Can I modify the site myself after delivery?+
Yes. We deliver with a CMS or a GitHub access depending on your preference. We train you. For evolutions, contact us and we'll make you a tailored proposal.
Automations & AI
What is an automation concretely?+
It's an automated workflow that connects your tools (CRM, email, accounting, Shopify…) and executes actions without manual intervention. For example: when a client signs a quote → invoice created → email sent → Slack notification. All by itself.
What's the difference between automation and AI agent?+
An automation follows fixed rules (if X then Y). An AI agent understands natural language, makes contextual decisions and handles unforeseen cases. Both are complementary.
Are there hidden costs after delivery?+
No. Our price covers development. Platform costs (automation, AI APIs) are charged directly to you by the vendors and remain modest for SME use. We give you a precise estimate at quote.
Can I modify workflows after delivery?+
Yes. We train you on hands-on use. For simple modifications, you can do it yourself. For major changes, we offer custom evolution packs.
Process & Delivery
How does the collaboration work?+
Brief → Validation → Development → Delivery. You have access to staging from the start and receive regular email updates. Total visibility, zero surprises.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
We include revisions in every pack. If the project doesn't match the validated brief, we correct for free. Our goal: that you're 100% satisfied at delivery.
Do you offer post-delivery maintenance?+
Yes. Support included 30 to 90 days depending on the pack (bugs related to our development). For long-term follow-up, we offer maintenance subscriptions — contact us for pricing.
Pricing & Payment
How does payment work?+
Depending on the project amount: single payment or multiple installments (30% at order, 40% mid-project, 30% at delivery). We adapt to your situation.
Do you offer custom quotes?+
Yes. If your project doesn't match our standard packs, we provide a personalized quote. Send us your brief and we'll get back to you within 24h.
Do you offer discounts for startups?+
