Why don't you take meetings?+
We favor a structured written brief to save time on both sides — it covers 95% of needs faster than a call. But for complex or unusual projects, we offer a free video audit to scope together.
How can I follow my project's progress?+
Staging access (test version) from the start of development. Weekly email updates. For advanced packs, a dedicated Slack channel.
What happens if I want to cancel?+
Before scope validation: full refund. After development starts: refund prorated to progress (e.g. if 50% done, 50% refund of the amount paid).
Do you offer post-delivery maintenance?+
Yes. Support included during the mentioned period (30-90 days depending on the pack). After that, options: hourly support or monthly maintenance subscription — contact us for pricing.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. Most of our packs offer staggered payment (e.g. 50/50 or 30/40/30). For major projects, we can spread payment over several months free of charge.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?+
We correct for free if it doesn't match the validated brief. If major divergence after corrections, we discuss a scope adjustment or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
